As passionate TCG and hobby collectors ourselves, we’re dedicated to helping other collectors build the collections they love. We value principles over profit and will always do right by our customers — because we’re collectors too, and we treat customers the way we’d want to be treated.

We work with direct sourcing relationships to keep prices low, carry the newest releases, and are obsessed with product condition integrity so that every box and case gets to you exactly as it should be.
Do you also sell card supplies?
Yes! In addition to our sealed hobby boxes and TCG products, we carry reliable card supplies to keep your best pulls in mint condition. From card sleeves to toploaders, we have everything you need to protect and display your collection.

Pre-Orders

How long does it take for pre-orders to get delivered?
85% of the time, we are able to ship boxes and cases out the day before the manufacturer’s release date, so you can be one of the first to pull the hottest new parallel! We also offer expedited shipping for those who need their new releases quicker.

We know how important it is to rip the day of release!
Do release dates for pre-sales change?
It is not uncommon for Panini, Topps, and other manufacturers to adjust their release dates from time to time. This is out of our control, and the release schedule is subject to change. However, we can still almost always get pre-sale purchases shipped out the day the product is released by the manufacturer.

We’ll notify all affected customers by email with the updated timeline whenever a date shifts. You can keep your pre-order at the original locked-in price, or cancel for a full refund.
Do you carry newly released hobby boxes?
We do! We work directly with your favorite manufacturers to ensure you can get the latest hobby boxes on day 1. From Topps to Panini to Pokémon, we’ve got it all. New releases are hard to find in stores, so we recommend pre-ordering on our website to secure your spot.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes — up to 7 days before the official release date. Pre-orders cancelled within that window receive a full refund to the original payment method. After the 7-day cutoff we cannot guarantee cancellations, as inventory may already be en route from the distributor. Contact us at support@prismhobby.com as early as possible.
When am I charged for a pre-order?
You are charged in full at the time you complete your order. This secures your spot and locks in your price — so even if the product increases in value before release, you pay what you paid at checkout. Nothing changes after that.

Shipping & Returns

How much does shipping cost and what does the process look like?
We offer free shipping on all orders $199 or more within the contiguous United States. For orders under $199, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout. We also offer expedited shipping options for those who need their releases faster.

Any order placed by 1 PM MST will ship out that same business day. Pre-sale items ship within one business day of the manufacturer’s release date — though 99% of the time, these ship no later than the actual day of release.

Your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it. Any issues? Email us at support@prismhobby.com with your order number.
How long does shipping take?
After processing, estimated delivery times are:
  • Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days
  • International: 14–28 business days depending on destination and customs
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order at any time on our Track Your Order page.
What does your refund and return policy look like?
We offer a 30-day return window on eligible sealed, unopened items in original factory condition. We do not offer refunds for boxes that don’t meet a manufacturer’s average hit ratios — all products we sell are factory-sealed, unsearched, and of the highest integrity. Rare manufacturer packing variations are beyond our control.

Accepted returns:
  • Sealed, unopened items in original condition within 30 days of delivery
  • Items delivered with defects or damage (we cover return shipping)
  • Incorrect items shipped to you (full replacement or refund)
Not accepted: Opened packs, boxes, or sets. Once a sealed product is opened it cannot be returned.

Can I cancel my order?
We process in-stock orders quickly. Contact us at support@prismhobby.com within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to modify or cancel. Once an order has been packed and handed to the carrier, changes can no longer be guaranteed.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We’re sorry to hear that. Please do not discard any packaging and take clear photos of the outer shipping box, the damaged product, and the interior packaging. Email the photos to support@prismhobby.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
What if I received the wrong item?
That’s our mistake and we’ll fix it at no cost to you. Email a photo of what you received along with your order number to support@prismhobby.com. We’ll ship the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong one. We aim to resolve all wrong-item cases within 1–2 business days.
How long does a refund take to process?
Once we confirm your return is received and eligible, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The credit will be applied to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.

Card Care & Authenticity

How can I keep my new cards safe from damage?
Keep a pair of card supplies, like card sleeves, handy while unpacking your new releases. High-quality sleeves and toploaders are built to keep your cards in mint shape, and they look great in a collector’s book too!

What is the best way to verify my cards are authentic?
Depending on the brand you’re shopping from, there will be certain distinctive traits to look out for. For example, rare Panini parallels come with a holo film that is incredibly difficult to duplicate. You can also enter your serial number into the manufacturer’s website to verify your card.

Because we source all products directly from authorized distributors, every item we sell is guaranteed to be the real thing. If you ever have concerns about a product’s authenticity, contact us at support@prismhobby.com.
Are the products authentic?
Yes — 100% guaranteed. Every product we sell is sourced directly from authorized distributors and official manufacturer channels. We never work with grey-market suppliers. Your purchase is always the real thing, or we will make it right — no questions asked.
Are hobby boxes factory sealed?
Absolutely. All hobby boxes and sealed products ship in their original, untouched factory-sealed condition. We never open, repack, or tamper with any sealed product. If a box arrives with a broken seal, photograph it and contact us at support@prismhobby.com immediately — we will resolve it.
Do you sell graded cards, and how are they verified?
Yes. Our graded inventory consists exclusively of slabs certified by PSA, BGS, CGC, and SGC. Every listing includes the certification number so you can verify authenticity directly on the grading company’s website before or after purchase.

Pokémon & TCG

How can I protect my Pokémon cards?
Like any other trading card, one of the first things you should do after opening a Pokémon booster box is to grab a few card sleeves. These supplies will protect your cards from ambient dust and moisture, ensuring your rarest pulls maintain their condition and grade potential.

Pair sleeves with toploaders for rigid protection on your best hits, or store a full set in a side-loading binder to keep everything organized and safe.
How can I tell if the Pokémon cards I’m buying are real?
If you’ve purchased Pokémon cards and would like to verify their authenticity, look for a distinct holographic foil and texture. Rarer cards will almost certainly come with a holofoil. You can also check to see if the energy and resistance symbols are placed correctly and not distorted.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Is my payment information secure?

How do I redeem a gift card?
