What Is a Preorder?

A preorder allows you to reserve an upcoming product before its official release date. Each preorder listing on our site includes an estimated shipping date based on the manufacturer’s announced schedule.

Payment

Full payment is collected at the time of placing your preorder. By completing your preorder purchase, you agree to pay the full product price upfront to reserve your item.

Estimated Shipping Dates

Estimated shipping dates are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change. PrismHobby is not responsible for delays caused by the publisher, distributor, or shipping carriers. We will notify you by email if an estimated shipping date changes significantly.

Order Processing

All preorders are processed within 1–3 business days after the product’s official release date and becomes available for shipment.

Shipping

Once your preorder has been processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location within the United States.

Cancellations

You may cancel your preorder at any time before the item has shipped. To cancel, contact us at support@prismhobby.com with your order number and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Once an order has shipped, our standard Refund Policy applies.

Product Details

Please note that card details, including rarity, card names, and set configurations, may change prior to the official release date as the manufacturer updates product information. PrismHobby is not responsible for changes made by the manufacturer after your order is placed.

Price Changes

If the price of a preorder item drops before it ships, we will honor the lower price and refund the difference. If the price increases, you will never be charged more than what you paid at checkout.
